#DontBeAMannequin

The New Year 2017 celebrations for the Bangalore folks turned out to be a horrific experience of a lifetime. Unruly mobs of men eve teased, molested and attacked women in full public view. A crowd of hundreds of people remained witness to this shameful act yet nobody spoke a single word. 1500 police officers were deployed in the area to ensure safety and yet, not a single Police complaint was registered. What’s wrong?

The whole incidence, that too in the IT capital of India, proves that only academic degrees are not enough to curtail this kind of inhuman issues from the society. Whom to blame? The molesters? Those women? Ah yes! Must be those women. May be they were not dressed properly! Or were you too busy taking the Mannequin Challenge?

This video by Autumn Worldwide, a Bangalore based advertising and communication agency, will help you realize who is more responsible, not only for the Bangalore incidence but may be for all the similar ones across the country.
