You Should Be:

1. able to identify prospective clients and help amplify their good work, in line with our business goals.
2. able to identify relevant contacts, develop strategic partnerships, negotiate and secure sales of branded content campaigns, display advertising, content solutions, and other sponsorship programs with brands across relevant categories.
3. able to proactively create new opportunities for revenue generation by analyzing competition, evaluating opportunities, and explain our value propositions to seal the deals.
4. having a good understanding of the digital landscape, effective sales skills, the ability to negotiate, and strong communication skills.
5. having existing Client or Agency relationships across markets and industries(preferred, but not mandatory).

Remuneration:

    • For the initial few closures, it will be purely on commission basis.
    • Based on your performance, you may also become eligible for a fixed pay + commission pay structure.
    • Based on various performance slabs, your commission will vary from 8% to 30%.

Location:

Preferably from Delhi/NCR or Mumbai or Bangalore. 

Position Type:

Part-Time or Freelance (Work from home) – based on your performance, this can be convertable to a full-time position.
