Monika Batra is a happily married woman and a mother of two. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, she is currently Director-HR at a British MNC in the Automotive Engineering sector. She often provides lectures to working professionals and students at universities, MDI & Amity to name a few. Work-life balance, she believes, comes from the little choices we make every single day, and we all can achieve it.
