Taking too many acidic foods makes store-up acid in your body that affects pH level and leads to some health diseases. If you want to change your pH balance, you need to start by making a healthy food habit.

Your digestive system needs to take your new eating habit. You have to keep good control of consuming alkaline-rich foods and acidic foods to keep your pH balance on the right track. Gradually add more alkaline foods to your diet and start to make a limit on acidic foods.
