You have certainly come across a rainbow flag but not as a colorful turban!
Well, a bisexual brain scientist and baker from San Diego, Jiwandeep Kohli marks the start of Pride month in the US by wearing an interesting headgear.
The post on Twitter which comes with a selfie has garnered 16k hits till now and reads- “I’m proud to be a bisexual bearded baking brain scientist. I feel fortunate to be able to express all these aspects of my identity, and will continue to work toward ensuring the same freedom for others.”

Apart from that, in a separate tweet he mentioned how he got this unique look- “One of my normal black turbans that I supplemented with strips of other colors in exactly the right places,” wrote Kohli. “Took about an hour of tying, untying, and safety pinning, but totally worth it!”
Thank you! It’s sort of both. One of my normal black turbans that I supplemented with strips of other colors in exactly the right places. Took about an hour of tying, untying, and safety pinning, but totally worth it!

Pride month is celebrated in June in the US because it also coincides with the Stonewall Riots which took place on June 28, 1969, in Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan.
Twitteratis loved his turban and here’s what they wrote:
I so love your turban! Is it all one piece? Or do you have a cheeky way of adding the rainbow colors? If the former, that is some seriously skilled tying going on there!
