Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has been the apple of the eye for India and the world for several months now. His untimely death sent shockwaves throughout the country and the case was deeply investigated, first by the Mumbai Police and later by the CBI.

After several dramatic turn of events that caught all attention in January 2021, Bombay High Court stated that two TV channels “took upon themselves the role of the investigator, the prosecutor as well as the Judge and delivered the verdict as if, during the pandemic, except they, all organs of the State were in slumber”.

Nonetheless, in his brief life and career, the actor has left a strong mark on our hearts and will be remembered across generations from now. The blue-eyed guy sported many qualities that have come out time and again during his life and even more revered after his passing.

On his birthday, let’s relook at the amazing qualities he was bestowed with and all the possibilities that he left behind.

An academician

Sushant was reportedly an avid reader who was deeply interested in astrophysics and won the National Olympiad in Physics. He secured admission to the Delhi College of Engineering to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering.

According to statements by Rajput, he did not have any interest in engineering but his family gave him no option which left him dissatisfied.

Star Gazer

Sushant often used to intently gaze at the celestial bodies through a telescope. Such was his love for space that he had even bought a piece of land on the moon, in a region called the Sea of Muscovy, from the International Lunar Lands Registry. He secretly wished to be an astronaut.

After learning about the late actor’s love for space, a fan has named a star after him and got it copyrighted with The Star Register.

Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh has announced a special scholarship fund on his 35th birth anniversary. Shweta tweeted about “The Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund“, and added that the fund of $35,000 has been set up at US Berkeley.

An Avid Reader

The actor was a huge fan of reading. He had his home specially designed with several shelves holding the most exquisite books. Sushant often shared what he read on his social media handles.

A poet on the inside

Sushant also seemed like a bit of a poet on the inside. His posts on social media always had a poetic stroke to them.

Entrepreneur

Sushant co-founded three companies where he was also a director – one of them dealt with avenues like artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), whereas another worked in the field of computer sciences. His third start-up was a non-profit organization with focus on health and social work.

Sports Enthusiast

Sushant famously played the role of MS Dhoni in his biopic in 2016. In real life too, Sushant was passionate about sports like archery, lawn tennis, mixed martial arts and cricket.

Sushant could play guitar

Sushant seems to have a liking towards guitar. The actor posted a video of him playing the instrument.

A spiritualist

Rajput’s Instagram is packed with spiritual pictures of various Indian deities like Lord Ganesha, Lord Krishna, and Lord Shiva. The actor seems to be constantly in touch with his spiritual side.

Sushant was indeed much more than an actor. He sure did win billions of hearts with his roles in television and films, but he could have done and achieved so much more. Not many are blessed with so many talents.

The world is still in the dark as the mysterious case of the actor remains unsolved. Let’s just pray that wherever he is, he is at peace, and that justice will prevail.
