Being a 1990s kid, all we wanted to do during our vacations were to sit in front of the TV. Unlike today, there were no mobile phones, no applications to binge-watch shows and no laptops. But what we had was even more special. We had our favorite cartoon shows which were fun to watch and filled our days with love and laughter.

Let’s take a look at a few cartoon shows from the 90s we all miss today.

Powerpuff Girls

Cute girls can be fierce too and they do not need anybody’s shoulder to cry on. This is what this lovely show taught us a long time ago. And who can forget the strong bond between Bubbles, Buttercup, and Blossom?

Dexter’s Laboratory

“Dee Dee!” We all remember the genius Dexter calling out to his annoying sister. We all used to keenly watch the experiments Dexter conducted in his lab. Have you ever wished to be as dexterous too?

The Jungle Book

Jungle, jungle baat Chali hai, pata chala hai…” Did you just complete the rhyme in your head? This show is a classic and a pearl in the ocean of our memories.

The Scooby-Doo Show

scooby doo

This show needs no introduction. Scooby-Doo along with his gang used to solve all mysteries like a pro. They were the best investigative team in the cartoon world.

Tom & Jerry

There would not be any 90s child who hasn’t watched this cult show. The enmity between Tom and Jerry was fun to watch on screen and a small clip from the show on the net still warms our heart.

Aladdin

Aladdin

Aladdin’s carpet was one of the first few magical things we saw on TV. Aladdin and Jasmine’s chemistry was one of the first love stories we witnessed. Aladdin gave us a lot of firsts, didn’t it?

I have already started downloading these shows to re-live those beautiful days. What about you?
