In a first, the UP Police Department has launched a café for both the cops and the civilians.
Named Bail-Out Cafe, the outlet has been built inside the police line in UP’s Saharanpur city. The place used to be an old police cafeteria which has been revamped, and renovated.
Bail-Out is not only available to police officers, but also to civilians. With this initiative, Police hope to bridge the gap between authorities and citizens. Here, people can communicate with department personnel and even throw parties.

“We have kept the café open for all. We have kitty lawn, we have party hall for party lovers,” she adds.
The café offers a range of delectable vegetarian cuisines at an unmatched price. There’s a special discount for cops.
Waste and junk products have been recycled to create a nice warm ambiance adding sustainability.
To make it more interesting and conversational, there’s a perception wall in the café that reflects the mood and perception of the common people towards the police force.
“We request all the residents of Saharanpur to accept our hospitality in a different manner for a change and come with their families,” urged SP Akash Tomar.
The Department recently published a video of the newly constructed Café on Twitter that has been garnering praise.
