Patralekhaa Puts Sindoor On Rajkummar’s Hair Parting
Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa married each other after dating for over a decade. The two love birds tied the knot in Chandigarh a few days back.
In one of the moments from their wedding clip shared on Instagram, Rajkumar asked Patralekhaa to do the same.
“Tum bhi laga do,” he said following which you can see the bride applying Sindoor to the groom.

Female Priest Presides Over Marriage Of Dia Mirza And Vaibhav Rekhi
Dia Mirza tied the knot with businessman Vaibhav Rekhi on February 15 in a close-knit ceremony in Mumbai. As soon as the actor shared photos of her wedding ceremony, many of her followers were quick to point out that the actor’s Hindu wedding rituals were being performed by a priestess.

Groom Shardul Kadam told his wife Tanuja that he would wear a mangalsutra on his wedding day. His parents were surprised and relatives questioned his decision, but Shardul refused to budge and claimed that wearing a mangalsutra is representing equality.
Bride Asks For Construction Of Girls’ Hostel With Dowry Funds
In a bid to promote girl-child education, a bride in Rajasthan requested that the amount set aside for her dowry should rather be used for the construction of a girls’ hostel.
Named Anjali Kanwar, the bride is the daughter of Kishore Singh Kanod in Barmer city, married Praveen Singh on November 21. Anjali approached her father before the wedding and told him that the money set aside for her dowry should instead go towards the construction of a girls’ hostel. Kanod agreed and donated ₹ 75 lakh for the construction, as per his daughter’s wishes.
Bride Demands Books Worth Rs. 1 Lakh As ‘Haq Mehr’
Bride Naila Shamal from Pakistan’s Mardan city made a unique demand on her Nikaah. Shamal, who is a writer by profession, gives a strong message to eliminate wrong customs from society and said that she wanted to inspire others to make such changes.

“As you all know, I have demanded books worth Rs. 100,000 for Haq Mehr. One reason for this is that due to rising inflation in our country, we cannot afford expensive gifts. On the other hand, it is also important to eliminate wrong customs from our society,” she said in the viral clip.
