To keep the city clean, we’re launching several initiatives including biodegradable dustbins for cars. We are urging people to not throw trash on the way while driving” Mayor of Panchkula Municipal Corporation, Kulbhushan Goyal said to ANI.

They are as small as a drinking glass that can easily fit inside the car tray near the gearbox.

These biodegradable dustbins have been launched under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The administration is also putting up around 300 sets of dustbins in the market. There are four kinds of dustbins colored red, yellow, green, and blue to segregate waste. Green is biodegradable waste, blue is for medicines, and the other two are for dry, recyclable, and wet waste.
