They saw each other in office for the very first time. Never talked, but just noticed each other. Both of them had a heat between them. She used to visit him in the hospital when he had met with an accident. Held his hand, but never uttered a word. He had definitely fallen in love with her. He knew she has some feelings too, but could never gather the courage to confront her.

One day he decided to confess his feelings to her. He sent her a note that said: “I love you”. But there was no response.

Since they had never spoken before, he did not know which languages she knows. So, he sent her another note in Hindi: “Mujhe Tumse Pyaar Hai

Again, there was no response.

He then started sending her notes saying ‘I love you’ in different Indian languages every day hoping that she would comprehend and respond to at least one of them.
