Soha Ali Khan Pataudi has won our hearts with her charming looks and acting prowess tripled with exceptional writing. One can only marvel at her as she speaks with utmost poise and wit.

She is bestowed with the Pataudi lineage and the umbrella of Sharmila Tagore’s mothership. This is again further ornamented with the love of her life and now husband, Kunal Khemu, followed by her daughter Inaaya, who is the apple of her eye. In fact, the entire Pataudi family is to die for.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Soha Ali Khan had something very moving and important to share, having led a life that any of us can only dream of.

I had the good fortune of meeting her at a press meet where she quoted,

I love too hard. First, it was Kunal, and then it was Inaaya. Now, it’s been six years. This year, I feel the need to focus on myself. 2024 is about me.

Soha has everything in a world where everyone seeks the right partner, love, companionship, and family. But is it all that fulfills us? Soha’s words raise a very essential need for us to love ourselves first and that even if there are people in our lives, there is a need to prioritize us above them.

She was speaking on the sidelines of the California Board of Almonds event in New Delhi, where she also spilled the secret to her glowing skin.

I spend 40 minutes in strength training twice a week and eat well. Almonds are definitely my go-to snack. Rest, I try to be happy. Lately, Kunal has taken up cooking, and I try his dishes, too.

So, did you note down the takeaways? Love yourself. Eat well. Exercise. And most importantly, remain happy.

On the work front, Soha will be next seen in Chhorii 2 alongside Nushrratt Bharuccha.
