An Indian man, Pratik Vitthal Mohite, is the world’s shortest professional bodybuilder. He stands 3 feet and 4 inches tall. Pratik had inquired about the competition after a referral from a friend. And he now successfully holds the record to his name.
“It was a lifelong ambition of mine to hold a Guinness World Records title, and it’s an incredible honor to have done so. I’m overjoyed, and this will be my career’s best accomplishment so far,” says Pratik about his triumph in a video shared on YouTube by the Guinness World Record.
Pratik eats a nutritious breakfast that includes special diet foods. He goes to the gym for two hours in the afternoon and finishes his day by taking a 30-minute run. Pratik enjoys playing cricket with his pals in his spare time.
“When I was born, my hands and legs were very small. The doctor said to my parents that I won’t be able to do anything,” he said.
“I started working out after seeing my uncle doing it. Most of them said that I will not be able to achieve anything. That’s when I decided to prove them wrong,” Pratik added.
Pratik hopes to operate his own gym one day, and this world record will help him get closer to his ambition.
