Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Soha Ali Khan had something very moving and important to share, having led a life that any of us can only dream of.
I had the good fortune of meeting her at a press meet where she quoted,
“I love too hard. First, it was Kunal, and then it was Inaaya. Now, it’s been six years. This year, I feel the need to focus on myself. 2024 is about me.”
Soha has everything in a world where everyone seeks the right partner, love, companionship, and family. But is it all that fulfills us? Soha’s words raise a very essential need for us to love ourselves first and that even if there are people in our lives, there is a need to prioritize us above them.
She was speaking on the sidelines of the California Board of Almonds event in New Delhi, where she also spilled the secret to her glowing skin.
“I spend 40 minutes in strength training twice a week and eat well. Almonds are definitely my go-to snack. Rest, I try to be happy. Lately, Kunal has taken up cooking, and I try his dishes, too.”
