A lot of people consider work from home a bizarre idea, but to many, it makes more sense than working in a tight off atmosphere. Work is work and the purpose should solely be to get it done. Of course, I understand that it depends on industry to industry and on the nature of work.

However, one should not forget that to prosper working from home, one needs an utmost amount of discipline and motivation. You should be a self-starter and a good critique to your own-self. Not to forget, you should be honest enough as there is no one present immediately to check your routine and movements. However, if you take your freedom for a ride, you will face the music sooner than later.
