Nithya comes from the school of thought that the whole purpose of our life is to learn, improve and strive hard to be a better person each day forward. She devotedly practices this by reading, knowing, understanding, analyzing and putting the collective knowledge into practice. She is an entrepreneur who is involved in Karhya Solutions, Jobot.in and Monkey Baba in some combination as a co-founder, consultant and ideator.
