In case you are already finding it difficult to cope up with your weight loss resolution this year, Lifesum can become a lifesaver for you in case you lack discipline and determination to follow a healthy diet and crave for fast food secretly.

Lifesum, a Swedish company, launched this app for Google’s digital helper that ensures that you record your food and water consumption with just your voice. The Google Assistant app supports logging meals, water intake, and body weight. The app touts how voice allows for interactions that are “quicker and easier than ever before.

In case you want to try it out yourself, just say, ‘Hey Google, talk to Lifesum’ and from there one can use the Google Assistant to track their meals- be it “small”, “medium” or “large” in their Lifesum diary. This will create a reminder/placeholder on your Android phone to which you can add the necessary details later. Further, it also works with Google Home devices like speakers and Smart Displays.

Based on the personal settings in the app, the number of calories will be added in your diary and it will depend on your past tracking habits and accordingly, it decides what will be a small, medium or a large meal is for you.

There is more to this one as this cool app also lets you track your body weight and water consumption. All you have to do is make a request with your voice and it will do the rest for you. To know more about the app, you can go to their support page.

Time to accept the challenge and set up new health goals!
